Beautiful, bright, light rosé colour. Enticing aromas of raspberries and cherries. The mouth is challenging and round. Red fruit is accompanied by impressions of apricot. The style is rather light but flavourful and nicely balanced with its refreshing characteristics. Slightly fruity finish of medium length.

Excellent as a summer aperitif or sunny thirst quencher but also ideal as a light companion to grilled meat, Pizzas and all kinds of charcuterie.

climate

The Cévennes has a Mediterranean climate with strong influence from the Pyrenees. During the night and in winter, it can cool sharply. Regular precipitation and winds from the mountains. Summers are hot and dry.

soil

Dry soils with stones, clay and limestone (different vineyards).

vinification

100% Grenache Gris. The grapes are picked in the cool of the morning. Short maceration on the skins to obtain a natural light rosé colour. Cold fermentation on inox to obtain optimal fruit. After a short rest on inox, the wine is then bottled.
